- 12-Month Lock-In: Membership rate is locked for the full 12-month term.
- Cancellation: Early cancellation requires a 70% buyout of the remaining contract value.
- Injury Exception: Cancellation fee is waived if the member provides a valid doctor’s note stating they cannot participate in training.
- Relocation Exception: Cancellation fee is waived if the member moves 25+ miles away from KING Strength and can provide proof of new address.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships and lock-in rates cannot be transferred, paused, or shared.
- No Refunds: Payments already collected cannot be refunded.
- Billing Cycle: Membership is billed bi-weekly at the promotional rate for the duration of the agreement.
