Updates To our gym software and the steps you'll need to follow (by end of Jan 2022)

We're in the midst of switching gym systems because we wanted a few important improvements over the system we've been using for the past year.

Follow these steps as soon as possible so you may continue booking classes as usual:

1. Download the new KING Strength app on the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. The app icon looks like the big picture at the start of this post and is called "KING Strength". It is NOT the same as the current app which has no text on the icon. DO NOT DELETE THE OLD APP YET if you go to Cranford - see important note below after completing these steps.
2. Click "Forgot Password" so that the system will send a password reset link to your email, then update your password and log in.
3. The system will prompt you to read and sign the liability waiver and then update your Billing Address.
4. Navigate to the top right corner to your initials/photo. Click Insert Billing information in order to update your credit card information - this would be the perfect time to switch credit cards or payment information if you'd like.
5. When it's done or if you're experiencing any issues with any part of this, text us at 908-402-2177 (or our secondary # 833-369-3760), or tell Gerrick/Rob in-person so we can get it sorted out.

Please complete this update as soon as possible! Failure to update and pending payments will unfortunately be sent to collections, as changing systems is not a valid reason for cancelling your existing contract.

If you train at CRANFORD

If you train at METUCHEN

IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the previous "KING SP" app yet because you'll be using it to book classes until the end of January. The Cranford gym will switch to fully using the new app by 2/1/2022. ​ ​​ Billing/charges for Cranford on this new system will not begin until 2/1/22 (barring any late/no-shows, of course). Memberships will then continue to renew on the 1st of each month as applicable.

When KING Strength Metuchen opens on 1/10/2022, you will be able to book classes using the new app that you have just downloaded. Your billing will begin that same day, 1/10/22, pro-rated for Founding Members, and will renew on the 1st of each month for applicable memberships. ​ If you have been coming to class at Cranford, you do not need to keep the older app unless you still plan to drop by Cranford after 1/10/2022 but before February. Both gyms will solely use the new app by 2/1/2022.
