September is here, summer is winding down and routines are starting to settle back into place. Whether you have been consistent all summer or your schedule completely fell apart, this is a great time to reset. You do not have to wait until January to get back into a routine. Start now, keep it simple and focus on showing up consistently. Here’s what’s happening at KING Strength this September. Our New Fall Training Schedule Is HereOur updated Fall 2026 schedule officially begins Monday, August 31. The new schedule creates a more consistent weekly structure, gives members additional opportunities to combine TEAM Training with Semi-Private Training and helps our coaches deliver better energy throughout the day. Each TEAM Training day now has its own focus:
Semi-Private Training will continue throughout the week by appointment. Please remember to schedule your sessions through the app before leaving the gym so you do not forget. If you are unsure which classes or sessions make the most sense for your goals, talk to a coach and we will help you build a realistic weekly routine. September TEAM TrainingSeptember is the final month of Q3, which means our TEAM Training programming will shift into a realization phase. After months of building strength through controlled tempos, longer eccentrics and isometric holds, September gives members an opportunity to put that strength to work. Expect a combination of:
This month will have more of a General Physical Preparedness focus. That means developing the broad physical qualities that help you handle training and everyday life more effectively. The goal is to become stronger, better conditioned and more capable without turning every workout into a random bootcamp. Finish Q3 With KPI Week & Re-AssessmentsAt the end of September, we will close out the third quarter with KPI Week. Our quarterly assessments give members an opportunity to measure progress, celebrate wins and establish new goals for the next training phase. September’s performance markers will include:
Everything can be modified based on your current experience and ability level. You are not competing against anyone else in the gym. The objective is to establish your numbers, improve your technique and see how your consistency has paid off. More details about testing times will be shared throughout the month. Strength & Stride Saturdays (NEW)Strength & Stride is our new 90-minute Saturday training experience combining full-body strength work with a run afterward. The running portion will be scalable for different fitness levels, so you do not need to be an experienced runner or a fast one to participate. Some members may run continuously while others alternate between running and walking. The objective is to build endurance, enjoy training outside and finish the week doing something challenging with the KING community. Just bring appropriate running shoes and be ready to move. Saturday Morning YogaOur All-Level Vinyasa Flow continues on Saturday mornings. Yoga is an opportunity to slow things down, work on mobility and breathing and give your body an hour to move without worrying about weights, reps or personal records. We will be transitioning yoga to 8:00 AM so members taking the 7:00 AM training session can move directly into yoga afterward. Semi-Private Training RemindersSemi-Private Training is personalized coaching in a small-group environment. Your program is based on your goals, training history, experience and individual needs. Because space is limited, sessions must be scheduled in advance. Before leaving the gym, please make sure your sessions for the following week are booked through the app. If you need help finding an available time, speak with the coach on staff before you leave. Consistency becomes much easier when your training sessions are already on your calendar. We're Developing A New All-In-One Member AppWe are continuing our transition off of Mindbody for scheduling, communication, programming and membership management. This change will make it easier to manage your schedule, reserve sessions, manage your programming, and stay connected with what is happening at KING. All-in-one app. Please be patient as we work through the transition. Instructions and updates will be shared directly with members, and our team is available if you need help accessing your account or learning the new system. You can download the apps and begin playing around with it in the meantime. Our trainers will be in contact with you throughout the month to help set up and migrate your account information over to the new system. Thank you for your cooperation!
