As of 2/1/2022 we're using a newer, improved app for the gym. You'll need current billing information including your preferred credit card in order to continue booking classes! (Even for clients with the paid-in-full membership the information is needed in case of missed reservations, no-shows, etc.)
Step 1: Find your Billing section in the app
(Don't have the KING Strength app? You'll need it to book and manage all your sessions with us! Go here to download it.)
After starting the app, click on your initials or photo in the upper right to display your account options:
You'll see something similar to this:
Click "Billing Information" for the next step.
step 2: check what info you already have
Once you've clicked "Billing Information" from the menu, you'll see something like this:
If you don't see a credit card, click "Add Credit Card". This is where you'll also update your Billing Information.
Step 3: Fill In Any open fields
If you see ANY open fields, please fill them out! Click "SAVE" when done.
