Our class-based training is the foundation of our program, developed over a decade of experience to deliver a well-rounded, effective fitness journey. Each 60-minute class covers all the essentials: mobility, strength, conditioning, and recovery. The result? Improved strength, endurance, and body composition in a supportive, team-based setting.
Every session includes movement prep, corrective exercises, focused strength and conditioning, and cool downs, with class sizes capped at 16 members to ensure a safe, energetic atmosphere and the support of spotters during your main lifts. |
TRAINING TRACKS BASED ON YOUR GOALS
After your initial assessment, we’ll help you determine the best track to meet your needs:
- STRENGTH Track: Designed for those ready to dive into structured strength programming. Recommended at 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), this track follows a monthly rotation of accumulation, intensification, and realization blocks. Every quarter, test your progress in our KING Combines—your chance to set new personal records and measure your growth.
- BASE Track: Ideal for beginners, those returning from injury, or prenatal clients. Recommended at 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), BASE uses non-axial loading, focusing on dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. You’ll build strength safely while working within the same core principles of our program.
