CONDITIONING: ATHLETIC TRAINING WITH PURPOSE
Conditioning incorporates equipment like sleds, battle ropes, medicine balls and sandbags while seamlessly integrating unique exercises with steel maces and kettlebells - all in one class. It is designed to complement and enhance your STRENGTH class programming, this class is guaranteed to get your heart rate going and improve your cardiovascular health.

Absolutely no lifting experience is required as we have a solid structure in place that allows us to individualize all workouts. 

CONDITIONING BREAKDOWN:
  • Supplemental workout between STRENGTH classes.
  • Designed for new, intermediate, and advanced members.
  • Get more out of each training block.
