EVENT 4: SUICIDE FLIP CUP

RULE SET:
Refs will pour beer into cups to ensure the correct amount is distributed and that both teams pours are the same amount. The entire team will positioned on the side of a table with their assigned cups. Competitors must wait for the line judge to blow the whistle to begin the race.  If a competitor false starts they are instantly DQ'd, they will receive penalty points for an event scratch, and the other team will move onto the next round. Once the race begins the first set of competitors must take their cups and do the following motions: Down (touch table), Up (cheers one another), Down (touch table), Chug. Once the cup is empty, competitors will begin to run their suicide. While running the suicide failure to make hand contact with end in a DQ. Once the competitor finishes the suicide, they must successfully flip their cup. Once the cup is flipped on the table the next teammate may chug their beer and run their suicide. If a team member begins to chug prior to their team member flipping their cup, the team will be DQ'd. If a competitor begins to run without finishing the contents of their cup, they will be DQ'd. This is a relay race to the finish.
SUICIDE FLIP CUP FORM TIPS:
Suicide Flip Cup is a combination of everyone's favorite team-based college drinking game Flip Cup and everyone's least favorite conditioning drill Suicides.

FLIP CUP FORM TIPS:
  1. Flip Cup starts by the first people on each team chugging their beer, placing their empty cup back on the edge of the table, and using their fingers to flip the cup completely upside down.
  2. Once the first player has successfully “flipped” their solo cup, the next player will play their turn by chugging and flipping, and so on. The team to flip their solo cups the fastest, wins!

SUICIDE FORM TIPS:
  1. Set up your markers if you are running drills at an area that does not have marked lines. Place five markers about 10 yards apart, with an additional marker serving as your start/finish line.
  2. Begin at the starting line and sprint to the first line or marker. Touch the marker with your hand and then sprint back to the starting line.
  3. Sprint to the second line or marker immediately; touch the second marker and sprint back to the starting line.
  4. Continue the pattern until you have run to all of the lines.
