After filling out our form on the website, a trainer will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your goals and interests and schedule your facility tour / introductory consult.

STEP 2. GYM TOUR & INTRO CONSULT.

Join our Director of Sales, Anthony "Tbone" Berardi or Director of Operations, Denise Sulit, for a 15-30 minute in-person session designed to set you up for success.

During your visit, you'll:
  • Explore our state-of-the-art facility and learn what makes KING Strength unique.
  • (Optional) Get an InBody scan to kickstart your fitness journey with valuable insights.
  • Set up your member apps for seamless scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Create a personalized schedule that fits your lifestyle.
  • Meet some of our incredible community members and experience the KING Strength culture firsthand.

STEP 3. BUILDING THE FOUNDATION.
4 SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

Following your gym tour and introductory consult, you’ll begin BUILDING THE FOUNDATION—our active trial period designed to kickstart your journey with KING Strength. For a discounted rate of $180, you’ll have 14 days to complete 4 semi-private personal training sessions, where we’ll:
  • Conduct customized workouts tailored to your fitness level.
  • Establish a realistic and consistent training cadence that works for your lifestyle.
  • Build the foundation for your success and progress, starting exactly where you are.
At the end of your trial, we’ll help qualify you for the membership type that best suits your goals, preferences, and training needs, ensuring you’re set up for long-term success. This is your chance to see how KING Strength can support your journey—let’s get started!
