KING STRENGTH'S GROUP TRAINING CLASSES DELIVER EFFECTIVE RESULTS.
Our classes incorporate all the necessities needed for an effective training program: mobility, strength training, conditioning and regeneration. The results: greater relative strength and work capacity (endurance), and improved body composition.
