Group Classes at King Strength & Performance are our bread and butter. They are based on the same strength training philosophy as our personal training, just modified to work in a larger group setting. We have classes for beginners, for experts, for fitness junkies, for stressed out individuals, and for relief seekers. We have Strength, Conditioning, FRC/Mobility, and Arm Farm class types; which, offer a complete training experience for all our group class members. |
