​Group Classes at King Strength & Performance are our bread and butter. They are based on the same strength training philosophy as our personal training, just modified to work in a larger group setting. We have classes for beginners, for experts, for fitness junkies, for stressed out individuals, and for relief seekers. We have Strength, Conditioning, FRC/Mobility, and Arm Farm class types; which, offer a complete training experience for all our group class members.

We offer virtual personal and semi-private training by request, and digital programming for you to follow along on your own via the TrainHeroic app.

Building strength, developing your range of motion, and improving your body composition takes a plan, time, and proper execution. We sequence through mobility, strength, conditioning, and regeneration. The results: greater relative strength and work capacity, and improved body composition.
