- These in-person outdoor training sessions will be strength focused only, meaning we will provide the weight that you desperately missed while training at home. Trap bars, barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells.

- Whatever sport you engage in, speed and agility drills can improve your performance by strengthening your joints and muscles that do go largely untested in daily life. These in-person outdoor training sessions will be speed and agility focused.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pre-registration via @mindbody is required and mandatory and have a class capacity of 8 participants to adhere to proper social distancing and safety protocols.
- Registration is first come, first serve so if you haven't been using the Mindbody app, start getting into the habit now because we will not accept any walk-ins.
- We will be strictly enforcing a late cancellation / no show fee of $20.00 for anyone who pre-registers and does not attend their selected in-person session.
- Since we will be outdoors, weather will be a factor that we must consider. We will be closely monitoring the weather at all times and will send out updates as needed to members who have registered ahead of time.
