Our semi-private personal training is a personal training program designed specifically for you, taking into account:
Your individualized program is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals, and each session is guided by a personal trainer. In each session, your trainer will rotate attention among up to 4 other trainees, each of whom is also following their own customized program. This unique setup maintains the personalized approach of one-on-one training while adding the camaraderie and energy of a small group setting. Occasionally, semi-private members may also join our class-based training sessions, as recommended by their trainer, to complement their progress with additional group work. This flexible, supportive environment provides the best of both worlds, allowing you to work on your personalized program while enjoying the shared motivation of a small, focused community. |
