Semi-private training is our signature service at KING Strength. It’s an elevated, personalized training experience designed for adults who value expert coaching, intentional programming, and a supportive community.

You’ll train in an intimate 1:4 setting, follow a program written specifically for you, and work with coaches who are fully dialed in on your progress every session.

HOW SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING WORKS

​1. On-Ramp Assessment
Before you jump in, you’ll go through our On-Ramp Experience, which sets the foundation for both your training and nutrition habits.
We’ll take a full look at:
  • Movement
  • Strength
  • Injuries
  • Goals
  • Lifestyle
  • Energy and recovery
  • Current nutrition patterns (brief, practical review)
From there, we determine whether Semi-Private Training or Group Strength Classes is the best fit for you.

2. Your Personalized Program
You get a program built specifically for your needs—AND nutrition support that complements your training.
Your plan may include:
  • Strength training tailored to your level
  • Mobility/stability work
  • Accessory work for balance and injury prevention
  • Nutrition guidance focused on consistency, fueling, and realistic habit building
  • Adjustments based on your schedule, stress, and progress
Everything is individualized so you can train hard, recover well, and feel better day to day.

3. Training Sessions (1:4 Environment)
In each session, your coach will:
  • Guide you through your personalized plan
  • Refine technique and keep you safe
  • Adjust movements based on how you feel
  • Push you appropriately
  • Keep your nutrition plan aligned with your training intensity and goals

4. Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking
We track your progress with clarity and intention:
  • Monthly InBody scans to measure lean mass, body fat, and progress
  • Regular check-ins on stress, sleep, and nutrition adherence
  • Nutrition coaching that evolves with your training cycles
  • Adjustments to your program based on how your body responds
