STRENGTH IS: NO BS STRENGTH TRAINING
Getting strong doesn't need to be complicated, in STRENGTH, we are simplifying some barbell movements, incorporating more kettlebells and focusing the program on timeless strength building exercises. Strength has less technical movements and programming but is a great workout sure to build strength, lean muscle and cultivate an athletic physique. We tend to keep the reps lower to allow for heavier compound lifting.
Absolutely no lifting experience is required as we have a solid structure in place that allows us to individualize all workouts.
