TURF WARS is KING Strength's annual athletic field day competition in which our community competes in events relevant to the KING Strength training program. These events consist of an assortment of endurance, strength, and agility movements, as well as a surprise "wild card" event unique to the typical KING Strength regimen. The team that is victorious will be deemed as the "Strongest in the Kingdom."

Each Turf Wars team must include 6 members, 3 men and 3 women. Teams do not have to be location-specific, you're allowed to team up with both KING Cranford, Metuchen, and Livingston members. ATTENTION: This team registration form only needs to be submitted by one person. If you do not have a team Team Name is "Free Agent" and we will let you know who your team is. |
