1. BEFORE YOUR SESSIONAfter filling out our form on the website, a trainer will contact you within 72 hours to discuss your goals and interests and schedule your first assessment or workout.

2. DURING YOUR SESSIONArrive 10 minutes early to receive a tour of our facility and meet your trainer. You’ll have a brief chat to cover your exercise history, preferences, and goals before starting a movement assessment that helps us determine the ideal training style for you— whether that’s group training, semi-private sessions, 1-on-1 personal training, or physical therapy through our partners.

3. AFTER YOUR SESSIONOnce you’ve downloaded our app, we’ll guide you through how to use it and help you schedule your six classes from the $60 membership trial.
